Location: Surrey Type: Permanent Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 Per Annum Working with a well-known multi-national services and software solutions business based in Staines upon Thames (hybrid, 3 days in office) to recruit a FP&A Business Partner. This role combines typical FP&A work with business partnering across various departments and stakeholders. Reporting to the FP&A Director, this key Finance Business Partner role will support financial planning, analysis, and business support to help the organization meet and exceed its objectives in line with the global strategy. Responsibilities: Manage, coordinate, and deliver UK and Ireland quarterly forecasts, providing insights into risks and opportunities. Manage and deliver the UK and Ireland Annual Operating Plans aligned with the global timetable. Report monthly financial and operational performance against targets with variance analysis. Support development and maintenance of planning and analysis capabilities, providing leadership with analytical reporting and tools. Review analysis prepared by the FP&A Center of Excellence for actuals, forecasts, and planning. Develop strategic planning models for decision-making support. Partner with UK and Ireland business units, offering financial and commercial support. Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using Excel. Drive continuous improvement and Business Process Improvement initiatives. Provide commercial and financial expertise, including pricing, investment appraisal, profitability, and deal structures. Collaborate closely with the Head of Accounting and finance teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders. Profile: Proven experience in business partnership and commercial analysis, preferably in a large organization. Ability to communicate clearly across teams. High attention to detail and accuracy. Track record of driving efficiencies. Self-starter capable of meeting tight deadlines. Strong commercial acumen. Degree educated with relevant qualifications. Proven experience as a qualified accountant. Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion preferred).
