Our client is a growing financial services business based in Bracknell who seek to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst. The role will suit a progressive and technically strong ACA/ACCA Accountant looking for a progressive PE business where they can expand and develop their current skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in preparing statutory accounts for SPV's/warehouses and consolidated group accounts
  • Preparing regulatory returns (MLAR/MQ/MM) on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Researching new disclosures and using accounting standards for papers/accounts
  • Writing accounting memos for newly incorporated warehouses/SPV's
  • Preparing and delivering accurate and timely information to auditors
  • Liaising with accounts payable to ensure purchase orders are raised/receipted correctly
  • Corporation tax accrual-analysis of actuals vs prior year and budget
  • Working with external tax specialists
  • Work effectively at team level to support the team so that it meets its objectives and goals on a day to day basis
  • Provide cover within the team during holidays/absences
  • Manage relationships within the business as required to deliver specific role accountabilities
  • Assisting with many ad-hoc aspects that arise

A salary of £55,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits.
