Our client is a growing financial services business based in Bracknell who seek to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst. The role will suit a progressive and technically strong ACA/ACCA Accountant looking for a progressive PE business where they can expand and develop their current skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing statutory accounts for SPV's/warehouses and consolidated group accounts
- Preparing regulatory returns (MLAR/MQ/MM) on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Researching new disclosures and using accounting standards for papers/accounts
- Writing accounting memos for newly incorporated warehouses/SPV's
- Preparing and delivering accurate and timely information to auditors
- Liaising with accounts payable to ensure purchase orders are raised/receipted correctly
- Corporation tax accrual-analysis of actuals vs prior year and budget
- Working with external tax specialists
- Work effectively at team level to support the team so that it meets its objectives and goals on a day to day basis
- Provide cover within the team during holidays/absences
- Manage relationships within the business as required to deliver specific role accountabilities
- Assisting with many ad-hoc aspects that arise
A salary of £55,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits.
