Orka Financial is partnering with a growing company based in Wallingford who are seeking to hire a Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Download invoices from suppliers in mailbox to invoices folder
- Check the different supplier portals we have for invoices and download them to the invoices folder
- Add the invoice details to weekly payables so that it is up to date
- Reconcile statements when received and request invoice copies where missing
- Send remittances and complete forms when requests are received
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Experienced in a varied transactional position
