Orka Financial is currently partnering with a global FMCG business based in Maidenhead that is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join the team. This role focuses on supporting the marketing team with regards to budgeting and forecasting and acting as a true Finance Business Partner.
Duties will include:
- Monthly reporting including forecasting and providing strong input to the monthly pack with clear variance analysis and insight
- Owning the end-to-end tracking and reporting of marketing spend, partnering closely with marketing teams to manage budgets, forecasts and performance
- Supporting medium to longer-term planning process in the business
- Leading the development and approval of marketing and new product development
- Business partnering with the marketing team providing any information/guidance required from a finance perspective
This role would suit a qualified Accountant with strong FP&A/Business partnering experience. The role is based in Maidenhead and operates hybrid working. Salary £60,000 + bonus + benefits.
