Our client is a growing product driven business who are owned by a growing PE backed group. The Commercial Head of Finance will take ownership of 2 Business units who are poised and gearing up for huge growth. The role will partner the 2 Directors and CEO and will drive growth and market share through strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. The group is currently No1 and 2 in Europe for these business units but less dominant in the UK, this role will be crucial in looking at opportunities and supporting the business in growing and becoming a main player in these fields. The role will be based in the newly refurbished office in Reading and will suit a progressive individual who can really engage with the business, drive growth and opportunities and someone who is excited by the journey and looking to advance their career within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead performance agendas with insights, challenging and guiding Sales & Marketing stakeholders.
- Manage monthly business reporting for business units, including P&L analysis, performance reviews, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive proactive engagement in key business processes, such as S&OP and new product launches.
- Lead the financial planning process for business units, including presenting strategies to the CEO and CFO.
- Ensure balance sheet control across rebates, accruals, and prepayments.
- Conduct pricing, rebate agreement, and tender review analysis.
- Perform scenario modelling for market share and patient acquisition in products.
A salary of £100,000-£120,000 plus £9,000 car allowance and 15% bonus.
