Orka Financial is looking to hire a confident Credit Controller to join their clients wider finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the credit control function who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of their own sales ledger.

Key Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of your own sales ledger, ensuring outstanding debts are collected efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively chase overdue invoices by telephone and email.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve payment queries.
- Reconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies.
- Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness.
- Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates on collection activity.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and improve cash flow.
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller role.
