Orka Financial is looking to hire a confident Credit Controller to join their clients wider finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the credit control function who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of their own sales ledger.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of your own sales ledger, ensuring outstanding debts are collected efficiently and professionally.
  • Proactively chase overdue invoices by telephone and email.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve payment queries.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and allocate incoming payments.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies.
  • Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness.
  • Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates on collection activity.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and improve cash flow.
