Orka Financial is seeking a commercially focused Senior Business Partner to join their clients growing Finance team, based in Bracknell. Reporting into the FP&A Manager, working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide financial insight to help drive business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-making, and adding value to finance responsibilities.

  • Partner with senior management teams to support financial planning and business performance.
  • Produce and analyse monthly management information, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Provide commercial insight to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and growth opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial awareness and accountability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting.
  • Deliver clear and concise financial information to a range of stakeholders.

About You

  • Accounting qualification or be nearing completion (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Strong experience within management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate.
  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach with strong analytical capability.
