Orka Financial is seeking a commercially focused Senior Business Partner to join their clients growing Finance team, based in Bracknell. Reporting into the FP&A Manager, working closely with senior stakeholders you will provide financial insight to help drive business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-making, and adding value to finance responsibilities.

- Partner with senior management teams to support financial planning and business performance.
- Produce and analyse monthly management information, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Provide commercial insight to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and growth opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial awareness and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting.
- Deliver clear and concise financial information to a range of stakeholders.
About You
- Accounting qualification or be nearing completion (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).
- Strong experience within management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with strong analytical capability.
