Orka Financial is recruiting for a numerate Administrator (finance) to provide administrative support for their clients team based in Henley-on-Thames. The role will assist with client records, documentation reporting, compliance processes and day-to-day administration activities. The successful candidate will be numerate, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while supporting the team within a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working closely with the finance team.

Duties

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, ensuring efficient management of administration processes.
  • Maintain and update EXCEL databases.
  • Assist with all onboarding processes.
  • Produce marketing ideas.
  • Manage filing systems for invoices, contracts, and financial documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Provide general administrative support across finance including reporting, documentation, data management.
  • Contribute to ad hoc administration projects.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to provide full administration support.

Experience

  • Previous experience within an Administration role.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance/accounting systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Salary up to £30,000 + good company benefits.
