(KS478) Group Financial Accountant

Overview

Orka Financial is currently partnering with a successful business based in High Wycombe hat is looking to recruit a Group Financial Accountant to join the team.

This role supports external statutory reporting, IFRS technical accounting and tax and treasury issues within the group function.

Responsibilities

• Preparing consolidated IFRS statutory accounts
• Responsibility for the group\’s annual and half year reports processes
• Ensure that the group\’s financial statements and annual report is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with the external auditors and assist in the co-ordination of the annual audit
• Preparation of financial statements
• Supporting the preparation of corporation tax computations
• Completion of tax packs for external tax adviser
• Supporting the treasury function

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, have strong experience in IFRS technical accounting and have worked for a large multinational business.
