Orka Financial is currently partnering with a global FMCG business based in Maidenhead that is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join the team. This role focuses on supporting the marketing team with regards to budgeting and forecasting and acting as a true Finance Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting including forecasting and providing strong input to the monthly pack with clear variance analysis and insight.
- Owning the end‑to‑end tracking and reporting of marketing spend, partnering closely with marketing teams to manage budgets, forecasts and performance.
- Supporting medium to longer‑term planning process in the business.
- Leading the development and approval of marketing and new product development.
- Business partnering with the marketing team providing any information/guidance required from a finance perspective.
Qualifications:
This role would suit a qualified Accountant with strong FP&A/Business partnering experience. The role is based in Maidenhead and operates hybrid working. Salary £60000 + bonus + benefits.
