Orka Financial is currently partnering with a successful business based in High Wycombe that is looking to recruit a Group Financial Accountant to join the team. This role supports external statutory reporting, IFRS technical accounting and tax and treasury issues within the group function.
Responsibilities
- Preparing consolidated IFRS statutory accounts
- Responsibility for the group's annual and half year reports processes
- Ensure that the group's financial statements and annual report is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the external auditors and assist in the co-ordination of the annual audit
- Preparation of financial statements
- Supporting the preparation of corporation tax computations
- Completion of tax packs for external tax adviser
- Supporting the treasury function
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, have strong experience in IFRS technical accounting and have worked for a large multinational business.
