Orka Financial are working with a growing global group based in High Wycombe who are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to support the Accounts Payable Manager and the team. The role will consist of processing invoices, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate data entry. This position is fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of purchase invoices including capture, approval, and payment.
- Capture, processing & payment of purchase invoices.
- Escalation point for complex queries, resolving discrepancies with clear communication.
- Manage payment runs, ensuring timely & accuracy of payments.
- Keep accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
- Manage outstanding accounts.
- Resolution of debit balances in AP ledger.

- Good all round communication skills - both verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
