Our client is a growing PE backed multisite operation who is seeking to hire a Finance Business Partner that will support Area Managers in the Southern Region. The role is very much a commercial value add opportunity supporting the operational teams to see the value in the information provided and to inspire others to make use of it to achieve the overall strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with sites and operational leadership teams, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Providing detailed commercial analysis and insight into trading performance, KPIs, and forecast outlook across the Group.
- Ownership of monthly P&L reviews, delivering clear analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and highlighting areas for improvement with actionable insight.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing commercial analysis tools and reporting dashboards using multiple systems.
- Delivering challenging and insightful analysis to explain performance trends and support future decision-making.
- Supporting and playing a central role in the Group's budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
A salary of £55,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits.
