Orka Financial is working with a rapidly growing and very exciting international business to recruit a Junior Management Accountant role. The business is based in High Wycombe and the role is office based. This role will suit someone actively studying towards their accounting qualification and will present an excellent opportunity to grow and develop further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support revenue / cost of sale accounting entries.
- Align intercompany positions with wider group entities.
- Month-end Opex journal entries, accruals & prepayments.
- Balance sheet reconciliation and review.
- Support Revenue/Margin reporting & transformation initiatives.
- Maintain CAPEX Tracker & work alongside operational project owners.
- Provide data-driven analysis to operational owners supporting strategic projects.
- Audit & Statutory support.
- Daily cash posting.
Key Skills:
- Understanding of accounting principles and core control mechanisms.
- Ability to support commercial analysis, including contract reviews and profitability insights.
- Solid Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, modelling).
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
