Orka Financial is hiring a Finance Analyst to join their clients growing finance team based in Bracknell, providing analytical and operational support across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Finance Analyst position would suit an ACCA/CIMA studier who comes with strong analytical and problem solving skills and has previous experience supporting a progressive finance team. Full training & development opportunities and support towards a professional accounting qualification.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Support month-end processes, reconciliations, and general finance or business analysis tasks.
- Identify trends, variances, and insights to help improve operational efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to provide timely information and resolve data issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data tools or reporting systems.
