Join our Home Connections Team in Stoke. You’ll be talking to customers over the phone when they join, guiding them through the process of getting their products and services connected, and helping with initial queries around in-home setup or their first bill. You don’t need specific experience to join us; provided you’re naturally helpful, calm and can build relationships, we can train you on the rest.
We understand that life never stands still, and like most roles within EE, this opportunity is designed with flexibility in mind. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you don’t miss an appointment, or can look after your family in an emergency. We offer opportunities to schedule your own breaks and banking time, and the option of occasional home working.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by guiding new customers through the connection process for EE products and services over the phone.
- Assist with in-home setup or questions about the first bill.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure a smooth experience and clear communication.
