Maintenance Engineer responsibilities:
- Carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical and mechanical systems
- Supporting production uptime and machinery performance
- Working with a close-knit engineering team to drive improvements
- Following health & safety and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Multi-skilled engineer with both electrical and mechanical experience
- Level 3 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial environments
- A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to learn and progress
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across rotating shifts
