Working onsite in Wolverhampton, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality welding standards across critical components and assemblies.

What You Will Do

  • Ensuring welds are completed in line with drawings and approved weld procedures.
  • Conducting weld visual fit-ups and verifying welding equipment.
  • Carrying out post-weld visual inspections to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Defining and documenting rework and repair schemes where required.
  • Mentoring and providing constructive feedback to fitting and welding operators.
  • Performing departmental spot checks to support TPM and maintain NADCAP compliance.
  • Participating in investigations and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Preferred Qualifications
