Role Summary

Salary: £32,37k

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm

Location: Chiswick (Hybrid)

Core responsibilities of the Service Planner:

  • Maintenance planning across all contracts
  • Project support (CAPEX exposure acceptable)
  • CMMS system management
  • Work orders and spares administration
  • Supporting engineers across multiple contracts/projects
  • Some client and engineer interaction
  • Submitting permits for work completion
  • Light document control (organisation-focused, not heavy DC experience)

Background / Experience Required from the Service Planner:

  • Experience in engineering environments
  • Maintenance planning or CMMS experience essential
  • FMCG or large production/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Regulated industry experience beneficial (audits, compliance)
  • Understanding of PLC/SCADA (basic level acceptable)
  • Strong organisation, IT skills, communication and written ability
  • Good level of qualifications demonstrating communication capability

Industry Preference: Rail ideal but flexible, general engineering background acceptable
