We are looking for a Service Supervisor on a 12 Month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves managing a team of engineers and ensuring excellent service delivery, client communication, and smooth project execution.

Responsibilities of this Service Supervisor:

  • Team Management: Lead 7 field service engineers and 1 admin, ensuring efficient work and task completion.
  • Client Communication: Handle customer queries and provide project updates.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely completion of work orders and manage ordering of parts/materials.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all work follows safety procedures.
  • Administration: Oversee invoicing, purchase orders, timesheets, and expenses.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues quickly to maintain job progress.
  • Training & Development: Support team training and certification.

Experience & Skills for this Service Supervisor role:

  • Experience with LV and MV electrical systems is preferred - not essential.
  • Previous service management or project-based experience is a plus.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
