Orion is partnered with a very fast-paced manufacturing business located in Worcester which is recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience maintaining CNC machinery.
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and have a minimum of 1 year experience working in the UK in a manufacturing environment.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Maintenance of CNC Machinery is an absolute must!
- Maintenance of assembly machines
- Maintenance of heavy industrial plant machinery such as furnaces, forging, vacuum systems, milling machines, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Work proactively to maintain and repair equipment across the plant facility
- PPMs
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years experience working with heavy industrial plant machinery such as CNC Machines, furnaces, forging, vacuum systems, milling machines, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
- Candidates must have experience maintaining CNC machinery
- Must be confident with electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Experience stripping and rebuilding machinery
- Must have experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Must have an electrical or mechanical qualification HND/NVQ
- Reliable and flexible attitude to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
