You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated equipment used in high-speed production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for our clients. - Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns.
- Install and relocate equipment as part of factory layout changes or new line setups.

What We're Looking for:
- Previous experience working with automated machinery in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food industry experience highly desirable).
- Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive approach with great attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional overnight stays required).
Qualifications Desired:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering (or relevant experience).
- Familiarity with packaging, weighing, or processing equipment is an advantage.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary (£43,000 - £45,000)
- Company van (personal use included)
- Mobile phone, laptop, and tablet provided
- Pension scheme
- Death-in-service benefit
