We are a working with several schools within Essex who require an experienced Maths Teacher and ECT’s. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maths Teacher to: – Lesson Planning: Designing engaging and effective lessons tailored to different learning styles and abilities. – Assessment: Setting and grading assignments, tests, and exams to evaluate student progress. – Classroom Management: Maintaining an environment conducive to learning by ensuring discipline and inclusivity. Required Qualifications and Skills: – A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject. – Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. – Strong subject knowledge across all areas of the mathematics certification. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and colleagues. – Effective classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students. – Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in education practices.
