Role Overview: I am seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading renewables energy team, responsible for maintaining and repairing processing machinery, AD process equipment, water treatment plants, and site infrastructure. The role includes breakdown response, performance optimisation, and ensuring safe working practices.
As Maintenance Engineer, the key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance and repairs.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns.
- Optimise machinery efficiency.
- Maintain stock levels of critical parts.
- Supervise contractors and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist with project work and new installations.
- Follow company procedures and H&S policies.
Requirements Maintenance Engineer:
- Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification with 1 year of experience.
- Experience in engineering maintenance and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge; TIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
