Our client is seeking an experienced

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor

to play a key role in maintaining and improving health, safety and environmental standards across their operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who is passionate about compliance, continuous improvement, and creating a safe working environment. *Hybrid Working* Key Responsibilities The HSE Advisor will manage and maintain Health, Safety & Environmental risk assessments across the business. Ensure compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation. Support and maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. Conduct internal audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Analyse HSE data, identify trends, and produce performance reports. The HSE Advisor will support facility and asset management activities to ensure ongoing compliance and suitability. Assist in the administration and control of information systems, ensuring GDPR and cyber security compliance. Work closely with management and operational teams to drive a positive HSE culture. Requirements NEBOSH National or International Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (minimum requirement). The HSE Advisor will need a strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Excellent understanding of UK Health, Safety & Environmental legislation. Experience conducting internal audits and supporting management systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience preferred. Desirable NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001. Knowledge of Microsoft Visio. Experience within manufacturing or engineering environments. Thank you for your application.
