The Role \n This hands-on position involves diagnosing faults, repairing components, and carrying out detailed refurbishment work on a variety of automotive systems. \n \n Repairing and reconditioning mechanical and hydraulic components. \n Working on steering systems, suspension components, and specialist assemblies. \n Supporting refurbishment and restoration projects on luxury and classic vehicles. \n Ensuring all work is completed to exceptional quality standards. \n About You \n We're looking for someone who: \n \n Has a strong mechanical background within the automotive industry. \n Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship. \n \n Experience with hydraulic systems, component refurbishment, restoration work, or general vehicle mechanics would be advantageous but is not essential. n Annual profit-sharing bonus scheme. \n Approximately £4,000 bonus paid per employee last year. \n Stable and secure long-term career opportunity. \n Ongoing training and development. \n Practical workshop assessment. \
