The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Location: Dunstable (Office-based with occasional site visits; hybrid option after probation)

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 DOE

Travel Allowance: £0.45 per mile

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support across construction projects
  • Assist with preparing, updating, and filing project documentation, including quality and inspection records
  • Collect, organise, and maintain inspection reports, certificates, and other project paperwork
  • Ensure project documents are correctly completed, stored, and kept up to date
  • Support the preparation of project handover documents for clients
  • Assist with compiling and maintaining Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
  • Keep simple records of project issues, actions, and updates for reporting purposes
  • Ensure documents are correctly named, filed, and version-controlled
  • Communicate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to request and follow up on required documentation

Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates must have strong administrative background
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Desirable:
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience compiling documentation for construction
  • Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (BS EN, ISO)
  • Experience in Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 project environments within the construction or engineering sector
