Salary: £32,000 - £35,375

Shifts:

  • Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm
  • Friday 6am - 1pm
  • Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm
  • Friday 9am - 4pm

Orion is currently working with a fast-paced manufacturing company based in Derby. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their friendly team and work hands-on in a FMCG environment.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC machines
  • Milling, turning & lathe operation

CNC Machinist Experience:

  • Competent in setting, running and understanding a Mill Turn Lathe
  • Experienced in Mazak & Fanuc systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • To be able to produce components to drawing tolerance and specifications
  • Strong communication
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting
