This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to influence engineering strategy, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and improve equipment reliability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role
Lead maintenance and reliability strategy across a designated production area.
Drive continuous improvement projects to increase uptime, performance, and capacity.
Manage preventative maintenance plans, work orders, calibrations, and equipment overhauls.
Support capital projects and plant improvement initiatives.
Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimise performance. Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and engineering standards.
About You
Multi-skilled engineering background.
Previous experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment.
Confident working cross-functionally and leading engineering projects.
