The Associate, Partnerships EMEA is a key role within the regional team, supporting the Manager, Partnerships EMEA and wider function. The role is responsible for supporting the delivery of Orion’s core partnership and client management responsibilities across EMEA markets. Operating across multiple markets, the role plays an important part in ensuring accurate and consistent delivery of reconciliation, reporting, and client outputs such as savings statements and compliance processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, organisation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support monthly reporting and reconciliation across EMEA markets
  • Monitor delivery of partner activity, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Work with markets and agencies to ensure bookings are correctly implemented and tracked
  • Liaise with finance to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation across UK and EMEA
  • Maintain and update tracking documents for partners and clients
  • Support delivery of client outputs, including savings statements and reporting
  • Assist with client compliance processes, including contractual requirements and opt-in tracking
  • Provide support to market teams on processes and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider partnerships team to ensure consistent delivery across all markets
  • Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
