Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the personal assistant to our VP: calendar management, travel and expense arrangements, stakeholder communication, and handling confidential information.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: coordinate schedules, organize leadership team meetings, and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Travel Coordination: arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Administrative and office-related duties.

Our Expectations
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys handling a variety of tasks. You should have:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
- Concrete experience providing administrative support to executive-level leaders, preferably in a complex, multinational company
- Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of both verbal and written English
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, including negotiations with external parties and legal documents
- A proven track record of excellent, service-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective, collaborative relationships across a diverse, global organization
- A proactive, results-driven approach; strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills; and a flexible, adaptive, and resilient mindset
- Enjoying working with a diverse group of scientists at our Cambridge Site
- The ability to work independently, stay organized, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility
- The capacity to manage the stress of complex scheduling and frequent changes, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks efficiently

- Previous experience in developing and leading administrative work in a large global corporate environment
