A bit about you: You are passionate about excellent customer service, and you always strive to go above and beyond, exceeding your clients' expectations. In your past/current role, you ensure that you strive to understand your customers' needs and deliver the appropriate service to match those needs. You are driven to hit and exceed KPIs and you relish a challenge. You have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, confident making in excess of 60 outbound calls per day.
About the job: Our Engineering & Manufacturing Division is on a steady growth path and requires a new Delivery Consultant to support existing and new business accounts.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking detailed job specifications from your client or the sales team
- Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your clients' criteria for the role
- Management of both clients and candidates' expectations
- Arrangement of interviews
- Job Offer management
- Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised
- Attendance of regular on-site client meetings
- Sales lead generation
