You have proven experience working in Engineering / Construction recruitment either as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a Business Development capacity.

Our Construction Division is on a steady growth path and require a new Business Development Manager to support new business accounts.
Your responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new client accounts
- Taking detailed job specifications from your client.
- Management of both clients and candidates expectations
- Arrangement of interviews
- Job Offer management
- Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised
- Attendance of regular on-site client meetings
- Sales lead generation
