Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Business Operations Coordinator, or internally known as an Associate Business Operations Analyst, to join Orion Health and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring contracts, projects, invoices, and licences are accurately managed so that our Commercial, Finance, Product, and Professional Services teams can focus on delivering great outcomes.
You’ll be detail-oriented and process-driven, with a knack for problem-solving and making things work efficiently. If you enjoy working across systems and processes, this could be the perfect role to launch or grow your career in business operations.
What You’ll Do
As an Associate Business Operations Analyst, you’ll:
- Operational Support: Provide first-line support to teams across Commercial, Finance, Product, Professional Services, R&D, IT, and Operations — helping with queries, approvals, and day-to-day process management.
- Contracts, Sales Orders & Projects: Set up and maintain contracts, sales orders, and projects in NetSuite, ensuring details are captured accurately.
- Licensing & Commercial Controls: Review licence requests, check billing status, and coordinate with Product to ensure compatibility — helping safeguard both revenue and product integrity.
- Revenue, Forecasting & Invoicing: Assist with preparing invoices, supporting revenue recognition, and updating forecasts. You’ll also help ensure billing structures and project milestones are accurately maintained.
- Governance & Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and project information and ensure compliance with delegated authorities and audit standards.
- Process Improvement & Training: Help train team members on NetSuite processes, support automation initiatives, and look for opportunities to make workflows more efficient.
Please note, this is an entry/mid-level position, perfect for someone either looking to launch their career in business operations, or launch it further. While the role involves working with data, reporting and forecasting, it’s not a Business Analyst or Data Analyst position. We’ve had great applicants from those backgrounds in the past, but this position is much more focused on operational coordination, systems, and process improvement. We want to be upfront so you have a clear picture of the role before applying.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in business operations, finance support, or administration.
- Background in contracts, invoicing, or licensing processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite ideal) and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira) is desirable.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong Excel and ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proactive and collaborative problem-solver.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfortable training others and enabling process improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
