The position will be based in London with a leading energy company.Purpose of the Role: Coordinate multi-discipline activities throughout the full procurement cycleβfrom preparing enquiry documents and evaluating bids, to negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and managing their implementation and amendments.Key Responsibilities Prepare procurement enquiry documents.Conduct bid evaluations and coordinate technical assessments.Support pre-award negotiations and recommend contract awards.Draft and execute contracts, including amendments as required.Provide guidance on contract interpretation during post-award.Liaise with internal teams to develop contractual strategies.Engage with suppliers to monitor market conditions and ensure effective service.Ensure compliance with company procedures, legislation, and HSE standards.Support conflict resolution on contractual or commercial issues.Undertake other tasks as requested by the Procurement Manager.Main Interfaces Internal: Various company departments and procurement colleagues.External: Vendors, contractors, and suppliers.Requirements 3β5 years\β procurement experience.Degree in Business or Commercial discipline (preferred).Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in HR Services (preferred).Proven track record in contract negotiation, evaluation, and lifecycle management.Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities.High integrity and understanding of business ethics.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Flexible and adaptable.Diversity & Inclusion As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base and Orion Group.
