The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
These are Shift roles which will be based on 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern including weekends and on 12 hour shifts. This is a rolling shift pattern - 4 x 12 hr days on, 4 days off, 4 x 12 hr nights on, 4 off.
- 06:00 am to 06:00 pm - Days
- 06:00 pm to 06:00 am - Nights
Building Controller Role
- Manage the Building Controller pager during your shift and associated tasks
- Opening and closing the building
- Signing in/out with Contractors Control room
- Counting on site No's and relaying them to Contractors control room
- Completing weekly exercise on a Monday and the paperwork required
- Completing the monthly exercise at the beginning of the month
- Being the Deputy during site emergencies and assisting to run the exercise
- Keeping on top of all necessary paperwork
- Counting and co-ordinating the respirators
- First Aider
- Fire Warden
Technical Clerk Role
- Produce, control and maintain Commissioning Life Time Records
- Copy, scan and store documents within electronic document management system (EDMS)
- Retrieve files as requested by project personnel
- Any other Admin duties that are required
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- Experience of working within a Commissioning Document Control department
- Experience of delivering Document Control through SharePoint / Convero preferred
- Understanding of SL document Control systems a benefit
- IOSH Working Safely
Desirable Qualifications
- Building Controllers training course
- 2 day First Aid qualification
- Fire Warden training
