Our client, a leading global technology provider to the traditional and new energies industry, delivering fully integrated projects, products and services, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Project Co-ordinator / Graduate Engineer to join their team in Easter Ross. The Role

As a Trainee Project Co-ordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to support the successful planning and execution of major engineering and energy projects. You will assist with project scheduling, documentation, reporting and coordination activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in tracking project milestones and monitoring daily progress
  • Assist with managing project schedules, forecasting production and coordinating simultaneous projects
  • Learn and use project management software to maintain timelines and support execution strategies
  • Support the management of scope changes, client requests and variation orders
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, commercial teams, subcontractors and other departments
  • Prepare, review, and maintain tender documentation and project reports
  • Ensure resource alignment and support effective manning levels across projects
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of complex subsea and offshore construction projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Engineering, Energy, Science or a related discipline
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest or familiarity with the energy, oil & gas, offshore, or energy transition sectors
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
