Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Administrator, based in Aberdeen. This has been released on a 3 month contract, 40 hours per week based in Aberdeen's city centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Adding new personnel to P&C systems
  • Issuing letters
  • Uploading paperwork and training certificates to personnel e-file and P&C system
  • Assisting with personnel offshore logistics – checking employees are set in the P&C system, issuing e-learning login details and issuing check in details
  • Order and help set up lunches / meetings
  • Stationary orders
