Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to support our Client's property renovations team. This role is ideal for someone with solid administrative experience, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to project and site teams
- Document control and data entry
- Assisting with scheduling and communication
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel for reports and documentation
- Learning and using new software systems (Simpro & Salesforce)
Requirements:
- Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new software
- Previous administrative experience (ideally in a project or construction-related setting)
- A background in construction is desirable but not essential
Location: Inverness
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30, Friday: 08:30 – 15:30
Start Date: ASAP
The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
