Job Title: Welder (6 Positions Available)
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Salary: £13.71 – £15.63 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About the Welder Role:
We are seeking six skilled Welders to join our growing team, This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with excellent benefits and development prospects.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Alternating shifts (weekly rotation):

    • Early Shift: 5:45am – 1:45pm

    • Late Shift: 2:15pm – 10:15pm

  • Monday to Friday

  • 30-minute paid break each day

Key Responsibilities of the Welder:

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and ISO quality standards

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high commercial standard

  • Mark out parts accurately

  • Pressure and leak test fabrications

  • Clean and fettle parts as required for paint preparation

  • Complete work records and relevant documentation in the correct sequence

  • Self-inspect parts and ensure all quality standards are met

  • Maintain high levels of housekeeping and safe working practices

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Cross-train and develop competence across multiple jobs

  • Comply with company Health and Safety policies and risk assessments

  • Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the company
