About the Role: We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team in Thame. This is a hands-on role working in the manufacturing industry with a fantastic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-finishing and assembly of parts to customer specifications
- Cleaning, foiling, wrapping, and packaging components
- Spray painting and applying specialist gaskets
- Final inspection and preparation for dispatch
- Accurate completion of paperwork and MRP system entries
What We’re Looking For:
- Good dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous production experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality
