They serve critical applications across the Defence, Industrial Gas, and Energy sectors globally. After winning a large defence contract, they are now seeking several Mechanical Design Engineers with a varying range of experience to join the team.
The Role of Mechanical Design Engineer:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will contribute to both customer-driven projects and internal initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks, performing technical analyses using hand calculations and engineering tools, and generating detailed technical documentation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and problem-solving during the production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Develop 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
- Perform technical analysis using in-house tools, MathCAD, and ANSYS.
- Support the development and testing of prototypes.
- Work closely with QA and Manufacturing teams to address production issues.
