The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Support Administrator to join our team and provide essential operational and compliance support across the business. Whether you’ve previously worked as a Recruitment Administrator, Contractor Support Coordinator, Workforce Coordination Administrator or Compliance Executive, this is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly, supporting consultants, managing contractor compliance, and ensuring clients and engineers have what they need, when they need it.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling incoming calls and managing shared inboxes
Issuing contractor and client contracts via our CRM and e-sign system
Managing client terms and compliance documentation
Chasing Right to Work documents, signed contracts, and work seeker agreements
Coordinating tools, equipment orders, and stock levels
Liaising with consultants, clients, and contractors across projects
Booking medicals and Drug & Alcohol screenings for rail contractors
Chasing late timesheets and supporting weekly payroll
Running weekly reports on current contractors, finishers, verified ID, and AWR
Updating internal PowerPoint wallboards and tracking missing information
Conducting compliance checks on umbrella companies
General admin including handling reference requests, contract deletions, and document tracking
Supporting team WhatsApp comms and helping engineers stay on track
What We’re Looking For
Strong admin or coordination experience (ideally in recruitment, engineering, or compliance)
Confident communicator with great attention to detail
Able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Familiar with CRMs, e-sign systems, or contractor compliance? Even better
Someone who genuinely enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes
