What You\’ll Be Doing as a Principal Recruitment Consultant:
- Building powerful relationships with clients and candidates within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
- Owning the full 360 recruitment process—from business development to placing top talent.
- Driving new business opportunities and expanding your client network.
- Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants, helping them grow and succeed.
- Smashing revenue targets and celebrating wins with an awesome team.
- Championing best practices in recruitment, ensuring quality and compliance.
