My client is a pioneering Automation company which is family run and has over 50 years of industry experience. They are a global leader who specialise in the design and manufacture of automated bespoke equipment and machinery by providing the cleanest, safest, and most reliable systems. The Multidisciplinary Graduate Scheme is designed to give graduate engineers exposure and experience across different engineering departments. This gives graduates a richer training and leads to more experienced engineers who can work across departments. The graduate will have the opportunity to work and gain experience in the Design Office, Electrical Department, Automation Department, Factory Experience, Projects Department and Sales. What we would like from the Multidisciplinary Graduate Scheme: Minimum 2:1 in an IMechE accredited engineering degree (preference to Mechanical/Mechatronics degrees) Experience of CAD (SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred) and programming is highly desirable Relevant work experience/extra-curricular engineering activities Need to be able to drive What we offer the Multidisciplinary Graduate Scheme: Salary paying up to £30,000 Pay rises upon completion of each placement Possibility of overtime payment during Design placement Pension scheme with contributions matched up to 5% 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), rising to 25 in your 3rd year of employment New mentor for each department for support and development throughout If this opportunity as a Multidisciplinary Graduate Scheme is of interest to you, dont hesitate and get in touch asap!
