As a Junior Quality Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to maintain high standards in product quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the continuous improvement of quality processes. Key Responsibilities for the Junior Quality Engineer: • Quality Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting First Article Reports to customers and help validate reports from suppliers. • Quality Monitoring: Track and report on internal product quality issues, learning when to escalate concerns and how to support quality improvements. • Problem-Solving Support: Participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams to help investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Quality Metrics: Help maintain quality metrics, working with senior team members to ensure data is tracked accurately and improvements are identified. • Product Compliance: Learn the processes for ensuring products meet necessary standards. • Audit Participation: Assist in both internal and external audits, observing how they are conducted and learning how to meet all compliance requirements.
