Our Client is seeking an Innovation Manager to join them! As an Innovation Manager, you would be responsible for driving the development of new and improved products that align with business goals and customer expectations. This role involves managing the full innovation process—from discovery and concept creation through to final delivery—ensuring that new ideas are market-relevant, commercially viable, and strategically sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product innovation process from idea generation through to market launch.
- Research and interpret industry trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and internal data to identify new opportunities.
- Develop compelling product concepts and prototypes that address market needs.
- Partner with departments including marketing, research and development, commercial, and supply chain to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Track the performance of new product launches and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to strategic discussions by highlighting long-term innovation prospects and potential challenges.
- Gather and act on input from customers, including contractors and design professionals, to guide product direction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience within a Manufacturing environment required.
- Background in product development, innovation management, or brand strategy.
- Understanding of product development lifecycles and successful market entry strategies.
- Skilled in interpreting data and market research to generate actionable insights.
