We are now looking for a Health &; Safety Advisor to support and work alongside the H&;S Team to inspire, develop, and deliver the HSE strategy across the business.

The role of Health &; Safety Advisor will be responsible for the following areas:
- Help all teams in the compliance and monitoring of all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and management systems
- Ensure that HSE improvement plans are developed within the company, implemented, and monitored in compliance with UK legal requirements
- Support and enable effective accident and incident investigations to identify immediate and underlying causes and appropriate corrective actions
- Provide appropriate challenge and help develop actions to prevent repeat incidents
- Facilitate effective communication of HSE issues and learning points across the business
- Help supervise and mentor H&;S Team
- Lead continuous improvement opportunities within safety management processes
