Are you a leader within manufacturing with a passion for operational excellence? We’re seeking a Head of Manufacturing to shape the future of our client’s business by driving production, planning, procurement, and quality functions to new heights.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations & Supply Chain, you’ll take charge of operational strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s tactical goals and delivers measurable results. Your mission? To continuously refine processes, exceed KPIs, and empower your team to perform at their best.

Minimum Requirements
- Senior Management experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering/Production environment
- Demonstrable experience of implementing and executing operationally driven strategies for OTD
- Improve financial performance by managing inventory to meet plan.
- Worked in a regulated engineering environment such as Automotive, Aerospace, etc.
