You’ll be at the forefront of energy optimisation technology, working with transformers, voltage optimisation systems, and battery energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer

  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems at customer sites
  • Conduct comprehensive surveys, inspections, and testing to ensure optimal system performance
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using your expertise and analytical skills
  • Work directly with clients to understand their specific requirements
  • Provide customised solutions that address unique client needs
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery that builds lasting client relationships
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records of all performed work
  • Complete necessary documentation for installations and handovers
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications (Essential)

  • NVQ level 3 or C&G 2365 in Installation & maintenance of electrotechnical systems (or equivalent)
  • C&G 2381-18 (BS7671:2018) certification
  • Valid UK driving license
